I think I will love it in the near future!

I have had this product for less than a month and it is the only reason why I give it a 4 instead of a 5 since I am still getting used to it. The touchscreen aspect is great because it diminishes constraint on my wrist (I needed this because I get wrist pain from using the mouse too much). Also, the audio system is amazing (no need for speakers unless you really want to go balistic on the volume). I did a lot of research before buying it and consulted with systems engineers. Since I only need it for Office, basic Internet, and some entertainment, it works great and I learned a Core i3 is enough. Even gaming works just fine for those who like that. I also learned before buying that it is a discontinued model by Dell (reason is they came up with a similar model that is newer) but I still get the 1 year guarantee plus my engineer friends told me that does NOT matter… only it would be nice if the seller would tell you that so you are not surprised. The screen gives the impression to be bigger than it is because of the pad area design (optical illusion) and this is a plus for your eyes. The laptop is fast, has tones of memory capacity (more than I will ever need) and the pad area is as clean as the first day because it is fingerprint proof. Overall, I think I will love this product if it keeps working as is and will review in a year or so. Recommended!… do your research before paying more for a core i5 or i7.

After my 7 year old Macbook died, I wasn’t about to spend over $1000 again to replace it with a new Mac. The battery guzzling Sierra OS turned me off completely to the line. I decided to go back to PC since I knew they were cheaper.
good computer loaded up with a lot of garbage.

I needed to replace a 7 year old Toshiba and the Dell got decent reviews. This being a model being replaced this year, it had a very good price. I made a discovery that the new windows 10 is not compatible with windows 7 so you have to buy a special cable and program made by on of bill gates buddy’s company. also this computer comes loaded with so much Microsoft garbage, I spent almost two hours removing as much as I could. as delivered this computer was pretty slow compared to my seven year old computer. after removing most of the trash, it started working faster. I am not a fan of windows ten and will probably replace it later. none of this is the computer’s fault. the touch screen is a nice feature and I am still learning on this, but so far I am pleased with this purchase. I would have given five stars except for all the trash loaded up.I would recommend this computer as long as you are aware of all the trash loaded up.
