Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is the tablet that can replace your laptop. Featuring a 6th Gen Intel Core i7e processor with 8GB memory and a 256GB solid state drive, it is more powerful than its predecessor yet lighter than ever before at 1.73 pounds. The amazing 12.3" touchscreen PixelSense display with 2736 x 1824 resolution has extremely high contrast and low glare. Use the included Surface Pen to mark-up presentations, sign documents, take notes and much more. Performance and versatility for professionals, creatives, and more.
Final veredict-Good product some flaws and bugs, but something I can live with

The surface pro 4 is a fast laptop; not a tablet.
Blazing fast tablet with beautiful graphics, but needs a great keyboard.

Got this new in the box and other than one brief period between updates when the screen would not respond I have had no problems with this machine. It is blazing fast and the sound quality is really good. I have it paired with a Brydge 12.3 keyboard and would highly recommend that you get this keyboard with the machine. There was a one day delay in between getting the machine and getting the keyboard. While the Surface played clips beautifully, the kickstand made it almost impossible to use in bed and the keyboard kept reverting to the writing interpreter, which was slightly irritating. Once I got the keyboard though, the true experience came to life. The Surface Pro 4 is blazing fast (I got the i7e with 8GB RAM) and has had no loading or freezing issues. The screen is amazingly beautiful and crisp. I have yet to put it through all it’s paces and may revisit this review in the future.

This Surface really is a PC replacement. It’s got the speed and power of a good desktop with the versatility of a tablet and laptop. Very, very fast boot time, great portability, plenty of storage for me. The stylus sensitivity is great, and the way the screen discerns what is touching it (finger, hand, stylus) is flawless. Visibility is good, battery life is about what you’d expect (four hours or so if you’re using it for programming or small games). Intuitive and attractive interface (MS nailed the HCI on this one, 100%).
Best Tablet Ever!!!
Best table on the market. Ok, maybe not this model, but in general, surface pro 4 amazed me how good it is.
Awesome Pro Laptop — Two Problems Noted

A great machine. The reviews and You Tube and all that tells the story. But, I can say that as a professional corporate trainer and presenter I put this machine to work and really bang it around. It works perfectly, fast, simple, clean and so easy to pack. On the plane, be careful the back will separate and fly to the floor if it edges of the table, I put a magazine long-ways under it and extend the table which helps. The biggest weakness is the power button. Whoever designed it does not travel. Anytime anything touches inside the briefcase and carry sleave the protruded power button the Pro 4 (and all the prior Pro machines I have had) will turn itself on and overheat beyond hot. This can happen in the overhead so it can be dangerous. I have work arounds for that too. But on the job and on the go it is awesome. Windows 10 is kind of nasty for me, but that is person. I use the Windows Classic Shell to overlay Windows 7 style and it works great. This machine is 5 stars: Fix the power button and it would be 6 stars.
… this for about 10 months now and still really love it. It is such a great form factor

I’ve had this for about 10 months now and still really love it. It is such a great form factor, easy to carry around but still very powerful. I do some light gaming on it and the integrated graphics chip still surprises me sometimes with what it is capable of. It would be nice if the battery could last longer, especially since the charge port is proprietary. They don’t make a USB version of the charge cable, so you can’t carry a USB battery bank to charge it up.
